regional forums to gather
input from consumers,
families and professionals
on transformation of Ohio's
mental health system. The
forums were dedicated to
public testimony on how Ohio
can address implementation
of the President's New
Freedom Commission on Mental
Health's goals and
recommendations. A public
record of the issues
consumers, families and
professionals brought
forward at the forums is
